The Chicago Blackhawks are a professional ice hockey team based in Chicago. The Blackhawks compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Central Division in the Western Conference and have won six Stanley Cup championships since their founding in 1926. Since 1995, the team has played their home games at the United Center, they previously played at the now-demolished Chicago Stadium. The team won three Stanley Cup titles in 1934, 1938 and 1961. The Chicago Blackhawks did not have a significant achievement until 2010, after 49 years, they once again won the Stanley Cup. That victory seems to have gradually brought luck to the team, as they won two more championships in 2013 and 2015.
